Roles and Responsibilities

Designing and developing high-quality courses depends on a wide range of skills distributed across various roles. This module helps you understand these roles, how multiple roles can be held by one person (especially in smaller teams), and how to build a team that excels by leveraging specialist skills, avoiding the risks of spreading resources too thinly.

Learning objectives
